Salient Product Features:

• Extremely lightweight and compact analyser allowing for easy carry portability and movement as required within the laboratory setting.
• The analyser houses three solid state lasers in Red, Blue and Violet with the option to upgrade to a fourth Yellow laser with 13 flourescent colour channels.
• The installed integrated optics system is alignment free with automatic adjustment for laser delay. Inbuilt daily QC system ensures no human intervention required for continuous optimal output.
• Powerful processing capability allows for a nominal acquisition rate of 30,000 events per second for a selection of 15 parameters with very low sample volume requirement of only 10 microlitres
• Innovative Wavelenght Division Multiplexing (WDM) detection technology having state of the art low noise solid state detectors identifies optimum excitation and emission readings while minimising light loss to allow for analysis of dim sample populations
• Enhanced resolution capabilities makes possible microparticle detection going down to 200nm allowing for measurement and evaluation of characteristics of these cells.
• For laboratories with higher throughput applications optional 96 plate well loader available having analysis time not exceeding 32 minutes per plate and facility to program multiple experiments on single plate.
• Flexible Proprietary CytExpert acquisition and analysis software enables ease of use for novice and experienced technicians with functions allowing export of relevant data, setting up experiment based protocols for research, creating compensation spillover database for specific dyes & threshold setting function while adjusting gains.
